Rich Williams - Irrigation Designer-Estimator - Rich has over 10 years in the irrigation industry and enjoys troubleshooting difficult situations and establishing the best way to renovate damaged systems. He, along with the rest of the Custom Touch staff, employs the latest technology in water conservation.
